Frequently Asked Questions

1.  How much is the delivery fee?

The delivery fee is $10 for 30 miles or less.  Any order beyond 30 miles can be picked up for free or shipped for $15.

 

2.  I would like to suggest a menu item or a blog topic.  Is this possible?  Where do I make the suggestion?

Yes, we welcome all suggestions.  Please use the “Contact Us” page to send in all suggestions.

 

3.  How does a customer report a problem with their order?

You may use the “Contact Us” page or send a personal email to TheReinvigorateBrand@gmail.com.

 

4.  Where do we pick up our order?

An email will be sent to the email address on file with pickup information.

 

5.  Does Reinvigorate Wellness have any Social Media Accounts?

Yes.  At this time, there are two Social Media Accounts for Reinvigorate Wellness (Instagram and Facebook).

6.  Does Reinvigorate Wellness cater for private events?

No. Reinvigorate Wellness is not a catering company.  If you would like to discuss a small private event, please contact Dr. Jae via email.

 

7.  Where do we send questions, comments, or testimonials?

Please send all questions, comments, or testimonials using the “Contact Us” page.

 

8. Does Reinvigorate Wellness have vegetarian options?

Yes. Reinvigorate Wellness offers vegetarian options.  Most of the meals on the menu can be easily converted to vegetarian meals.  If it cannot, you will be notified by a Reinvigorate Wellness representative.

 

9.  My order total does not equal the amount listed on the Meal Packages Web Page.  What do I do?

Please be sure to follow the instructions for ordering to ensure you receive the right price.  For Basic and Standard packages, you must order exactly what the package includes and for the total number of people indicated.  For example, the Basic package for a family of two, must include two different breakfast items at a quantity of two each.  This applies for lunch, dinner, and snacks.  Once this is done, the system will automatically apply the discount.  The Build-Your-Own package does not receive a discounted price.

 

10.  What do I do if I am a family of one?

There are no packages for a family of one.  However, you can order the Basic package for a family of two and have extra meals for the remaining days of the week.  This is perfect for alternating meals each day.

 

11.  I would like my lunch for dinner.  How do I make this possible?

Great! You have the freedom to mix and match your meals as you would like.  This is a common practice.

 

12.  How do I store the meals?

Each meal is different.  The packaging will include recommended storage instructions.

 

13.  How do I reheat the meals?

Each meal is different.  Recommended reheating instructions will be included with the meals.

 

14.  Where is the nutrition information for each meal item?

Reinvigorate Wellness includes nutrition information with each invoice.  This allows for adjustments made to the ingredients when ordering. 

 

15.  How often is the menu updated?

There will be a new menu each month unless otherwise noted.  Some items may repeat, but there are many ways to eat one meal item.  Stay tuned on the blog to see posts about the different ways we eat certain meal items.

 

16.  We would like Reinvigorate Wellness to partner with our nonprofit organization, what must we do?

Reinvigorate Wellness is open to partnerships with nonprofit organizations that align with the morals and values of the company.  Please send all requests via email at TheReinvigorateBrand@gmail.com or through the “Contact Us” page.
